The news of her passing shocked and saddened me. Beverley was an anti-racism activist, educator, and health care professional who worked in the city of Toronto. Her goal was to strengthen anti-racism initiatives in the city. Her efforts, which can be considered as contributing to the improvement of these activities, can be seen as contributing to the improvement.
