Carolyn Reavis Obituary, Death – The death of Carolyn Mosteller Reavis, who was 78 years old and originally from Cherryville, North Carolina, took place on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the Carolina Caring Sherrills Ford Hospice House. She was born in Lincoln County on August 20th, 1944 to Avery and Georgia Hardin Mosteller, both of whom have now passed away. Her birth took place in that county. Prior to entering retirement, Carolyn spent several years working in the pharmaceutical industry. She attended the Newton location of the Blessed Hope Baptist Church and was a member there.
Her favorite interests included both tending to her garden and restoring old furniture. Her husband, Jim Reavis, and both of her parents went away before she did, hence she is considered to have been predeceased by both of them. Those who are still present to pay tribute to her memory are as follows: Scott Whitesides, who lives in Vale, is a father to his sons. Scott Reavis is local to the Raleigh area. The daughter’s name is Lori Chastain, and she currently resides in Newton. My brother, Steve Mosteller, originally hails from Lincolnton.
Linda McNair is the name of the sister, and Bessemer City is where she makes her home. In the future, there will be a memorial service held in honor of Carolyn to memorialize her life.
