Dave Nutter Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that I have to let you know that my father has died away. If you could help out in any way, even if it’s only sharing the giving page, our family would really appreciate it. It’s a tremendous unexpected shock that we are so unprepared for (follow the link to read what happened). If you could help out in any way, even if it’s just sharing the giving page. I would also like to apologize to anyone who is learning the news through Facebook; if you knew my father and would like to get in touch with me, please don’t hesitate to do so.
On the 9th of July 2023, my father was out shopping for a present for my son Archie, who was five years old at the time and was in the Oxford hospital recovering after extensive head surgery. He was on his way home when he suddenly collapsed from a severe heart attack while he was driving on the interstate with our son, who is nine years old. My dad was a hero behind the wheel and was able to bring the automobile to a safe stop, which not only saved both of their lives at the time but also prevented a major accident on the highway.
Our youngster remained unharmed and was able to get some assistance, but tragically, my grandfather’s heart stopped beating for twenty-five minutes. He was given cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the side of the road and underwent a stent procedure in the hospital, but his lack of oxygen ultimately proved to be deadly, and it was determined that the damage he incurred to his brain was so serious that he would never recover. On the morning of July 18th, Dad suddenly and unexpectedly went away.
