Lois Neely Obituary, Death Cause – We are left with heavy hearts and profound pain as we have to convey the news that Lois Neely, a true legend and a valued part of the sporting clays community, has passed away. This is an announcement that we are forced to make, and we do it with a heavy heart. Many people are going to miss her terribly. Many members of our community hold fond memories of Lois Neely and her contributions to our neighbourhood.
The shooting sport of athletic clays has consumed Lois’s entire life, and she has served as the registration organiser for every NSCA National Championship held between the years 1990 and 2022. This time period encompasses the entirety of the NSCA National Championship’s previous competitions. She has it in her mind that she will continue to follow this interest right up until the day that she passes away.
Lois passed away on July 10, 2023, leaving behind a legacy that will always be ingrained in the minds and hearts of everyone who works for our company. Lois’s death left behind a legacy that will always be remembered fondly. Both Lois’s life and her body of work will be lovingly remembered. This is something that will never change with regard to our organisation, regardless of the amount of time that has passed since it first came into existence.
She has been nominated for the Hal duPont Service Award as a result of all of the hard work that she has put in over the years, and she will receive this award in 2021 when she is inducted into the NSCA Hall of Fame. As a consequence of all of the effort that she has put in over the years, she has been given this nomination. This distinction is bestowed to her as a direct consequence of the fact that she will be admitted into the NSCA Hall of Fame in the near future.
