Marsha Dexter Obituary, Death – Marsha L. Dexter, who was 69 years old and originally from Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023, in the Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Ohio. On November 16th, 1953, she arrived into this world in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Her parents, William and Anna (Parker) Dexter, had passed away prior to the birth of their daughter. Marsha has not known any other place to call home throughout her entire life other than the Mount Vernon area. She was employed at the facility in Mount Vernon that was known as Country Court Nursing Home in the capacity of a Nurse’s Aide.
Her grandchildren, in particular, were the source of the greatest joy in her life throughout her entire life. She found the most satisfaction in her family. Marsha was someone who everyone who knew her thought of as a second mother, and she had a tremendous affection for all of her children, grandchildren, and other relatives, friends, and acquaintances. Marsha had a profound love for all kinds of animals, but her dogs received the lion’s share of her attention and devotion.
She is survived by her beloved daughters, Stephanie (Kevin) Frazee and Heather (Mike) Darnold; grandchildren, Trey (Abbi) Frazee, Schae (Zach) Flesher, and Paige (Christian) Sullivan; great-grandchildren, Quinn and Camry Flesher; and a sister, Alice Jackey. She is also remembered by her great-grandchildren, Quinn and Camry Flesher. Trey Frazee, who was her son, passed away before she did. Along with her parents, Marsha was preceded in death by her three sisters: Dixie Cline, Phyllis Jervis, and Cheryl Dexter. Her grandparents also passed away before she was born. Her parents were the first to pass away.
