Michael Craig Obituary, Death – The passing of Michael “Craiger” Craig, who spent a substantial portion of his career working as a scout for the Oshawa Generals, has caused the organisation to be in a state of sorrow. Michael’s battle against an exceptionally uncommon kind of colon cancer was finally unsuccessful, and he passed away early on Sunday morning. Michael’s condition was extremely unusual. Michael, also known as “Craiger” among his contemporaries in the arenas, worked as a scout for the group that was known as the Generals in Eastern Ontario for more than 15 years. During that time, he was employed by the organisation.
During that time period, he served as a scout for a number of different players. Some of these players include the present General Matthew Buckley, Will Petschenig, Daniel Altshuller, Serron Noel, and William Ennis, to name just a few. In addition to that, he investigated William Ennis. Michael also participated in the team’s journey to the championship of the Memorial Cup in 2014–2015. In the course of Michael’s career, both on and off the ice, he has had a positive influence on the lives of a large number of people by donating his time and offering support to a substantial number of students, Special Olympic athletes, Ontario Hockey League players, and Minor Hockey players.
This has allowed him to make a lasting contribution to the communities in which these individuals live. Because of this, the lives of these particular people have been improved. He leaves behind the love of his life, his wife Melissa, as well as his two boys, James and Jacob. He gave his full attention and devotion to his family. The entire Oshawa Generals organization sends their love to the entire Craig family, his students, and all of the players who he crossed paths with.
