Paula Soell Obituary, Learn More About Paula Soell’s Death – Obituary Released

Paula Soell Obituary, Death – Paula M. (Jones) Soell, 83 years old, passed away in calmness but without warning on July 2. She had spent the days leading up to her trip to the hospital for issues related to her heart doing what she enjoyed most: tending to her garden. The complications were related to her heart. She was a gifted gardener who valued the time she spent in her garden mingling with her neighbours and tending to her plants. Easton was the place where Paula Jones grew up. She was the devoted daughter of the late Russell and Ida (Anderson) Jones. She was a member of the graduating class of Oliver Ames High School in 1959 and would go on to marry her high school boyfriend, William Soell, once he had returned from serving in the military. They tied the knot on July 23, 1961, and eventually made their home in East Bridgewater, where they brought up their children after starting a family.

Paula was an incredible mother who never stopped loving and supporting her children and she never gave up on them. After enjoying a prosperous career as a hair stylist for more than half a century, she transitioned into a successful career as a figure skater in her older years. She acquired the life lesson at an early age that if you fall down, you have to get back up. A wonderful marriage that has endured for nearly 60 years was made possible in large part by Paula’s strength and independence. Paula and Bill did a lot of travelling together; among their many adventures, they skied practically every alp in Europe and camped their way through the United States twice. They slept in each of the 50 states, rafted the Colorado river, paraglided over the French Alps, participated in the Olympic Bobsled run in Italy, and spent many wonderful days helicopter hiking in New Brunswick.

They also visited the Olympic Bobsled run in Italy. When Paula was not spending time with her children and grandkids, you could find her painting or tending to her garden. She was incredibly skilled in both of these areas, and her craftsmanship will be recognised for a very long time. Paula was the devoted mother of William D. Soell Jr. and his wife Kim of Plymouth, as well as Cynthia Carey and her husband Brian of East Bridgewater. She was the beloved wife of William D. Soell Sr., who resided in East Bridgewater, and was a devoted mother. Happy to be the “Grammie” of Joseph, Alex, Mitchell, Andrew, Joshua, Taylor, and Daniel, as well as the “Great Grandmother” of Bradley, Hannah, Rilynn, Josh Jr., and Shianne. Sister in love of Carol Strom of Connecticut and Russell Jones of New York. Cheryl Benson Packard of West Bridgewater has an aunt who lives in West Bridgewater.
