Peggy McKay Obituary, Death – Peggy McKay (née Shannon), who passed away on July 17, 2023 at the age of 87 years old, called Croft Road her home before she went away. Peggy McKay was born and raised in the same town of Forres throughout her entire childhood. She was born in the city of Shannon, which shares her name with her mother’s maiden name. Her mother’s maiden name was also Shannon. She was the cherished wife of Campbell McKay, the doted-upon mother of Karen and Heather, a gorgeous mother-in-law, a doting grandma, and a sister who a large number of people would be deeply saddened to lose after her passing away.
The 23rd of March 2018 was the day she went away. Peggy was fortunate to spend her final moments in the warmth and tranquility of her own house, the place where she had resided for the entirety of her life. On Monday, July 24, at one o’clock in the afternoon, the funeral liturgy is going to be held in the St. Margaret’s R.C. Church located in Forres. Everyone is cordially invited, and we would want to take this occasion to express our sincere appreciation to those who have made it possible for us to take advantage of this circumstance.
Flowers may only be sent from immediate family members; however, anybody who desires to make a donation to Chest, Heart, and Stroke Scotland during the funeral is more than welcome to do so in place of sending flowers. Please only send flowers from immediate family members. Everyone in the family agreed that it was important to break the news to the rest of the people living in the house as soon as possible.
