Phyllis Ward Obituary, Death – On Thursday morning, our much loved mother, Phyllis Ward, who had been ill for some years, passed away. Her condition had been declining for some time. She had been there for a considerable amount of time at the hospital. Teressa and I would want to express our deepest condolences to you and let you know how sorry we are to hear of the passing of a family member or friend.
