Selena Bond Obituary, Death – Selena Andress Bond, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2023, in the comfort of her own home in Dothan, Alabama. Her passing occurred on that date. Dothan is the city where she was born. Selena was known for having a gentle demeanor, as well as having a heart that was full of faith and exuding that faith. She entered this world on February 7, 1959, in Dothan. At the Madrid Methodist Church, Selena held the position of elder for a significant portion of her life.

Nevertheless, nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren, who were the center of her world and the reason she continued to live. She thought of them as the most important thing in the world. They referred to her as “Gaga” with awe and respect.
This interest of hers eventually blossomed into a fruitful employment for her and evolved into a prosperous career for her when she founded Weddings by Selena, a cherished local business that brought happiness to a great number of weddings and events over the course of several decades. Selena’s creativity and dedication to her art shined through in each and every arrangement that she designed, and her warm and welcoming demeanor provided the impression that each client was a member of her extended family.
