This is being written for my Mamaw in the wake of the tragic news that her husband, Charlie Horn, passed away unexpectedly at 2:50 a.m. on Saturday morning. Since we bade farewell to a grandson only about a month ago, things have been quite difficult for our family. My grandmother and grandfather were married for a total of 51 years, and their love for one another was the kind of love that everyone dreams of finding at some point in their own life. It is still unclear to us whether or not his life insurance policy will honor its payout in light of the recent events that have taken place.
